WIP Wednesday - Crochet Baby Blanket

A few weeks ago, a friend of my family gave birth to a beautiful baby boy and his name is Jonah. We visited them in the hospital and in spite of my fears of hurting him, I actually held the little guy. He wiggled around a little bit at first, quickly quieted down and held onto my hand. From that moment on I was his. :-) So now I'm working on a blanket for him made up of different color crochet squares.

It's a nice project to work on in the evenings because it is such a repetitive pattern. I can crochet and watch the Mavericks play or as much bad reality TV as I want without distraction! ;-)

I will post the finished pictures the minute I am done. I hope it turns out ok!

*Don't worry Jonah - I'm crocheting like the wind! It will be delivered to you very soon! ;-)
