Sweater Collection Wishes

// Scotch & Soda //
// Oysho Pull Angora & Pull Lapin //

// Louche Dot Chunky Sweater in Duck Egg & Coral //

A very small part of me wishes that shops would cease to sell such cute knitwear this time of year. My love of sweaters is changing from a collection to a serious obsession. I have more sweaters than anyone would ever need, especially someone who lives in such a warm climate where sweater weather exists for an unfortunately short period of time. Nevertheless, I can't help myself. A colorful, and slightly crazy, sweater always brings a smile to my face.

Come on...bunnies, bows, collars, sheep, polkadots...how can you not feel a little happier with one of these sweaters keeping you warm?

If only a few of these sweaters were a little less expensive! I guess I just need to knit faster and work on some more sweater updates. Hopefully a few of my DIY ideas will look just as cute as these beauties.

Have you spotted any other fun sweaters out there that are on your wish list? Wait. Don't tempt me... ;)

  7. Those sweaters are so cute! i'm so jealous you can say that about your sweater collection. I'm up in Ohio, so I definitely need a much larger sweater collection to combat the cold weather!! But those collars on the first two sweaters are absolutely adorable. And I think I would wear the sheep sweater every day of my life if I owned it! Haha, thanks for sharing these lovelies :)

  17. Oh Meredith, I understand you so much. I've been to Oysho and found the black sheep sweater. That's the cutest one in the world. But it's so pricy (angora). I'm crossing my fingers to see it under my christmas tree this year!

  22. I think these are cute! You have to be careful some are gross acrylic blend that bobble really easily. I think with your knitting skills you could whip up a lovely custom intarsia jumper with a cute animal, you have your fawn-cho to motivate you!

  25. Oh me! Oh my! Seriously. These sweaters have me spun :P I really adore the sheep one, and saw a pattern for one similar so I might try and see if my mom would start it for me. But I really adore the Scotch & Soda ones best. If only they weren't so pricey :( #sweaterwoes
